Crash claims victim Funeral services will be held this Wednesday (July 9) in Brantford for a Port Perry resident who died in a two-car accident on the Oshawa Road early Friday evening. Randy Thomas Ferguson, 26, died when the car he was driving collid- ed with a second car on the Oshawa Road, south of Port Perry between the 9th and 10th Concessions of Oshawa. Mr. Ferguson was an employee at the A.J. Simpson plant in Port Perry. A police spokesman said Mr. Ferguson was driving a 1978 Plymouth. The driver of the second car was Lester Hodgins, 43 of Oshawa. He and his wife Roberta received minor injuries in the mishap.
