There will be a parade and a Rededication Ceremony of our Cenotaph to honour the Fallen Comrades. of the Korean War. K.V.A. units from all over the Pro- vince, Br. 419 Members, Polish Veterans, Army and Navy Sea Cadets and the Scugog Fire Fighters led by the Uxbridge Legion Pipe Band will be dn Parade. The Parade will fall in at the Hall at 2:10 p.m. and march around Bay Street, Rosa Street, Balsam Street and Simcoe Street to the Cenotaph for the Ceremony. All possible Members and Veterans are requested to attend. The general public _is most welcome to come and see this Ceremony take place. COMMUNITY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL -- PORT PERRY -- Notice of Annual Meeting Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Community Memorial Hospital Corporation, Port Perry, will be held on: TUESDAY, JUNE 24, 1986 at 8:00 P.M. In the Hospital Library, Port Perry, to: RECEIVE REPORTS OF THE COMMITTEES RECEIVE REPORT OF AUDITORS AMEND BY-LAWS - ELECTION OF GOVERNORS TRANSACT OTHER BUSINESS (1) The following persons shall be members upon resolution of the Board: 1.1 a resident of the Township of Scugog who donates $100.00 in any one year to the Corporation or the Community Memorial Hospital Foundation shall be a life member of the Hospital Corporation, 1.2 the president or chief officer of an association or corporation which pays the Corporation or the Community Memorial Hospital Foundation the sum of $500.00 in any year shall be ex-officio a member of the Hospital Corporation for that year, 1.3 a resident of the Township of Scugog who pays the annual membership fee to the Corporation in any year shall be a member of the Corporation for that year; the amount of this fee shall be as established from time fo time by resolution of the Board of Governors, and y 1.4 persons appointed as honorary members who shall not be subject to fees and who shall not be entitled to vote. (2) A member who pays his fees annually shall not be entitled to vote at any meetings of the Corporation unless his membership fee was paid in full at least thirty days prior to the date of the meeting. (3) Nomination for election as Governor at the Annual Meeting of the Corporation may be made only by: 3.1 the nominating committee of the Board, or 3.2 members of the Corporation provided that each nomination by members: - 1s in'writing, and signed by at least two members in good standing; - is accompanied by a written declaration signed by the nominee that he will serve as a Governor in accordance with these By-laws if elected; and - 1s submitted to and received by the Secretary of the Board at least thirty days before the date of the annual meeting.
