One of Canada's finest water-colour artists was on hand Satur- day afternoon at Scugog Memorial Library to demonstrate his craft _ for appreciative library patrons. Edwin Matthews is renowned for his beautiful impressionistic landcape paintings and for the Buckhorn School of Fine Art, where he shares his knowledge with others. His work will be on display at the library until April 12th.
