Jean Hodgins got the most points for the ladies at the euchre party at the Community Centre last ~ Thursday evening and Violet Cole came second. The men's prizes went to Alvin Spencer and Bruce Bright. Nelson Cole got the most lone hands and the door prize went to Pete Gall. Jean Hodgins won the 50/50 draw. There were eight tables playing. The next euchre party will be held on Feb. 7th. Lunch was enjoyed by all. Don't forget the Com- munity Centre annual meeting on Jan. 30 at 8 p.m. A special invitation is extended to the new people of the area. - The Kirk Guild regular meeting will be held next Tuesday evening Feb. 5th at 8 p.m. in Burns ANNOUNCEMENT Church Hall.
