Tom and Doris Arm- strong, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Gourlie of Oshawa, Howard Gourlie Senior had dinner with Jim and Faye Gourlie and family on Christmas. Kurt and Tracy Roane of Toronto called for a short visit. The Watson's enter- tained their family: Fred and Kathy of Ajax; Ron and Marilyn and family of Scarbor- ough; and Andrew and Nancy and children of Guelph. Darlene Christie join- ed the Ronald Brown family for Christmas dinner at Scugog on Sunday. On Christmas Day she had lunch with Aunt Beryl Martin of Oshawa. Debbie Plun- kett another niece of Mrs. Martins was also present. On Thursday Darlene had lunch at Cullen Gardens and that evening entertained Jean and Jessie Willis and Elsie Wilson of Scarborough. Fifty-two members of the Card family met at the home of Dianne and Eric Benns in Uxbridge to celebrate Christmas. Rick Wilson has arrived home from Saskatchewan so Earl and Marie were able to entertain all their family for Christmas on Thursday. Carol and Dennis Irwin, Tim and Mark were with Irwin family for Boxing Day. Congratulations to Jill -Postma's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mound of Brighton who celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary on Boxing Day. Howard and Ruth Ashton had their family home for a 'Christmas dinner on Boxing Day. On Monday Ralph Veitch visited Mr. and Ne Ashton. The Asling family gathered at the home of Donald and Stella honoured guests were Don's mother, Mrs. Alma Asling and Joan's Asling's mother, Mrs. Olive Barton. Then on Thursday Dr. Pat Asling and Ivan entertained the Asling family at lunch.
