Region appoints reps. Durham Region council last week confirmed the appointments of local coun- cillors to the various Conser- vation Authorities having jurisdiction within Durham Region. Councillor Don Crosier will be the Scugog rep on the South Lake Simcoe Author- ity.. Councillor Lawrence Malcolm will be a member of the Central Lake Ontario Authority, and Mayor Jerry Taylor and councillor John Wolters will be members of the Kawartha Authority. In all, 25 members of local councils from municipalities within Durham will be members of the Conserva- tion Authorities in this area for 1982.
