Mr. and Mrs. Howard McMillen and Mr. and Mrs. Armour McMillan attended the funeral of their brother- in-law Mr. Harold Acton in Uxbridge on Friday. Janice and Malcolm McEachern of Brantford spent the weekend with 'the Fred Phoenix family. Sympathy is extended to Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Demp- sey on the death of his mother in Hamilton. Congratultions to Jill and Paul Bradley on the birth of their daughter to Joyce and Jim Doyle on the birth of their son and to Ronald and Karen Parrish on the birth of their daughter. Mrs. Marjorie Beaton visited Mr. and Mrs. Jack Lynch in Whitby last Wednesday. Sorry to report Mrs. Tom Hunter is a patient in Port Perry hospital due to- a tobagganing accident. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Spencer attended a birthday party for her mother Mrs. Almer Rennie in Whitby on Satur- day evening. Glad to report Jim Lee is recovering nicely in Port Perry hospital - and Mrs. Muriel Gibson is home after her recent accident. Miss Kathy Cookman and Miss Carmie McPherson of __St. Catherines visited Mr. ~~ and Mrs. Ross Cookman in - Mr. the holidays. The afternoon U.C.W. will hold its Jan. meeting at the home of Mrs. E. Danish hockey teams have been in the region on a return visit with our teams. Kamme Kiclerich, Jan Davis from Herleo, a suburb of Copen Hagen, Denmark and have been staying with the Glen Till family.
