It will entail approximate- ly 15000 square feet, and will be basically a pre-engineer- ed building, but the exterior will blend in with the other main campus buildings. It will house various construction trades, includ- ing at a later date, carpen- try, masonry, drywall, paint- ing and decorating. The Fork Lift program will also utilize this new building, which will be located adja- cent to the Simcoe building. The objective is to provide a facility that will give maximum flexibility as to the type of courses that can be offered in the future.
