He is survived by his wife Mrs. Betty Rainwater Beare, Atlanta, Ga., two daughters, Carol of England, Nancy of Atlanta; step-daughter Mrs. Laureen Waltchack, Nash- ville, step-son Mr. Jeff Jones, Dandridge; sister Mrs. Maxine Holden, Oshawa, twin brother Bruce Beare, Port Perry.
