Both the Tweens and Junior Belles gave the fans some exciting Ringette. Game no. 1 saw Irvins Angels up against Ives Florist. Both teams played extremely well but at the final whistle Ives was on top 6 to 2. Scoring for Ives saw Rhonda White with two goals and three assists. Janet Dean put the ring away for a hat trick. Ann Hoogeveen picked up a single marker. Two assists were credited to Lori Spears, Natalie Fran- sen and Kelly raines each had- single assists. For Irvins, Michelle Newell and Lori Larabie found the mark for singles, assists were credited to Cathy Armstrong and Kim Gibb. The second game saw Childrens Boutique take Chris Allen Aluminum to the tune of 7 to 4. Both teams played well and put forth a super effort. Scoring for Childrens saw Karen Young with a big hat trick as did Wendy McDougall. Wendy McDougall also picked up an assist. Paula Haugen picked up a single goal and an assist. Jodie Johnstone and Chris Heurkins each were credited with single assists. Special mention to Michell Newell who came up from the Tweens and did an fine job helping the team to a win. Scoring for Chris Allen saw Sherri Allen with a hat trick. Chris English picked up a single marker. Two assists were credited to Tracy Filion, Bonnie Burton, Bonnie Bridge and Jill Kendall each picked up single assists. Jill was brought up from the Tweens and gave a fine effort. Special bouquet this week to all our coaches and managers, they are doing a great job with our teams and deserve a big vote of thanks from us all. Well gals, that wraps it up for this week.
