'Born in Brock Township in 1897, he was the son of iB the late Robert and Janet p Gordon. He moved, with his parents to the Seagrave. area, where he lived until 'his death. In 1930 he mar- ried Pearl Johnston and they had one daughter. He was predeceased by J his wife in 1960 and by his ) brother Murray in 1974. Left to mourn his loss are his daughter Marion (Mrs. Kenneth Short), two grand- sons, Gordon of Lindsay and Larry of Orange Corners, .¥% i Omemee and three great \ grandchildren. : ~Funeral service was held from the Thorne Funeral Home in Sunderland on Monday, March 20.
