On Friday. evening, the Cedar Creek neighbours of Mr. and Mrs. John Green- wood held a pot luck supper and presentation for them in the Prince Albert Commun- ity Hall. The Greenwood's will be moving to Oshawa in a couple of weeks. Wm. Craning was Master of Ceremonies. He called on the Rev. A. Woolcock to say grace. After the supper, Laura. Robert Brooks was home from Milton, Ont. to spend the weekend with his par- ents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Brooks. Also visiting them for the weekend was Mr. and Mrs. Herald Faulkner of Scarborough. We are wishing a speedy recovery to Mrs. Nellie Popert, who is in the Port Perry Hospital. Mr. and Mrs. George Skerratt arrived home on Tuesday March 7th, from a very enjoyable trip to Flor- ida.. : Ricky Skerratt and Cathy Bowmans were married Sat. at the Prince Albert United Church. They en- joyed watching "The Diary of Anne Frank! acted out on stage.- This performance marks a first in the theatre, with one of the world's leading 'theatre families brought together to portray a mother, father and daughter on stage. Eli Wallach played the part of Mr. Frank, Ann Jackson portrayed Mrs. Frank and Roberta Wallach played Anne Frank. Our two school choirs did very well this year at; the Sunderland Music Festival. The Primary Choir received 3rd place and the Grade 6 choir received first place. Mr. and Mrs. A. Martyn are home from a delightful trip to the Holy Land.
