New radios for Works Dept. Scugog Township Roads Superintendent Ron Mac- Donald is looking into the purchase of a new radio communications system for the Township roads depart- ment. Man jailed over stabbing incident A Port Perry man has been sentenced to three months in jail for stabbing a Nestleton man during an altercation last April at a tavern in Port Perry. James Otto McInnis, 39, of 180 Casimir was sentenc- ed last week in Whitby by County Court judge J.P. Kelly. The accused entered a guilty plea to the reduced charge of assault causing bodily harm. He had plead- ed not guilty to an original charge of wounding laid after a 20-year old victim had been stabbed in the arm during a scuffle.
