Carol, who'has completed one year of German in Port Perry High School says she had some difficulty with sen- tences and expressions, but her four weeks in Germany helped improve her ability to speak the language. She says with a smile, however, that 'Peter speaks better English than I do German." During his visit to Ontario, Peter will see the sights of Niagara Falls, Toronto and Ottawa, and this week he is enjoying a .camping and canoe trip to the Sudbury area. Peter is an active scouter in his native Ger- many. The students selected for the exchange pay $400 to- wards their air fare and transportation, The pro- vincial government contri- butes about $120 towards their expenses.
