In our opinion, these combined financial statements present fairly the financial position of the Corporation of the Township of Scugog and its Library Board as at December 31, 1976 and the results of their operations for the year then ended in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted for Ontario munici- palities applied on a basis consistent with that of the preceding year.
