One might think that with all this the evening would be complete, but it wasn't, until Gale, Catherine Midgley, Eileen and their spouses laid out a highly unusual coffee hour. They worked very hard and ended the evening on a high note. The most encouraging thing about our budding club is the close co-operation of the members. The local church is assist- ing our growth with public- ity and. the loan of dishes etc. For these we are most grateful. The Port Perry bowling alleys have been reserved for Nov. 20th at 8 p.m. Our Christmas party will take place on Dec. '11th at the Centre. One of Santa Claus' better imitators will be there to entertain members and their children. Ed and Lloyd have not agreed to be his elves.
