The girls being so honour- ed were Patricia Bolton and . : - assisted by Anne Tapscott Belinda Espley. Mrs. Betty Tapscott, pian- ist for the evening, played as the Brownies, Guides and their leaders marched to their seats. Presentation of colours was made by Sandra Bolton with -Guide 'Flag, she was and Yorn Kerry. Also by Carol Dempsey with the Canada Flag, she was assis- ted by Susan Saulnier and Samantha Espley. Our Minister, Mike Ward, gave the Call to Worship, The Scripture was read by Judy Rudin. Mr, Ward Guide captain Ann Wanninkhof ajusts the Canada Cord of Patricia Bolton at a Canada Cord Presentation ceremony held at Epsom United Church on Friday. The Guide Com- pany gift of a silver guide spoon was presented 'by Guide: Captain = Anne Wanninkhof. Dist. commissioner South- gate presented a plaque from the Parents Associat- jon. She then called upon Guides Dory and Corry Ful- ford, who presented Patricia Belinda each with a sheaf of roses. On behalf of the Centen- nial Committee of Epsom Church, Mr. Donald Asling presented each girl with a lucky 1976 Silver Dollar and a Centennial pen. Judy Rudkin "and Martha Mec- Callum also received this gift from the Church. As Patricia Bolton was the 10th girl to receive the Canada Cord under the leadership of Guide Captain Wanninkhof, on behalf of the 2nd Girl Guide Company to present Mrs. Wanninkho with a sheaf of red roses in appreciation for her help and many hours of work.
