Carter, Curator of Tweedsmuir History showed lovely slides of the Erland Lee Home at Stoney Creek. just before we adjourned for lunch. Sunday was' the Sunday School Anniversary at Epsom Church. The girls worked very hard last week . to, redecorate our Church entry 'and 'it looked lovely, newly painted, a new light fixture and a beautiful rug and new drapes. ' The children took part in the service. Junior, and Primary class presented Banners which they had made and which will be hung on the Church walls. The. offering was received by Paul Kerry and Richard Ashton. , The! message was brought to us by Rev. Floyd Wilson of Oshawa. Mr. Miké Ward had a beautiful message for us also, as he told us of the progress of our Minister Rev. Archie Scott, who is recovering from a massive stroke. We are sorry that Mr. and Mrs. Sanderson have moved to Whitby, but we wish them much happiness and pros- perity in their new home. Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Irwin and Mark of Uxbridge town- line, Miss Joyce Wilson and Miss Anne MacDonald of Toronto were supper guests with Mr. and Mrs. Earl Wilson. Agling at Fairview Lodge, Whiby. first birthday party for their grandson Duane Empringham of Port Perry. The Sunday School Walk-a thon on Saturday was a huge success.
