Miss Chrissie Simpson had the program part of the meeting which was 'thoughts of our churches endeavour over the past 100 years'. She spoke of some missionary work, including her mother and fathers ministry to the Peace River district in the west. She also showed some very interesting pictures. The next meeting will be at Mrs. W. Hopkins home on Oct. 1st. It was a beautiful Sunday morning last Sunday and it was nice to see several visit- ors at Church. Mr. McEntyre had a very timely and thoughtful ser- mon based on Numbers 13, "Life among Giants". The choir sang, "All for Jesus'. Rally day will be held on Sept 28th, when the church school and congregation will be joined for the service. Thought for the day Keep smiling it makes every one wonder what you have been up to. .
