Car News of interest from Utica A large congregation enjoy- ed the annual service in Breddalbane Presbyterian Church on Sunday. . Some. eighty children from the' local and surrounding communities took part in the Daily Vacation Bible School _ held in Utica United Church * basement last week. The school was directed by Mrs. Coke with Mrs. Priscil- la Jones directing the prim- ary - group, Mrs. Shirley Elson, Mrs. Irvine, Mrs, Trevena and Mrs. Georgina Sutcliffe: were other assist- ants, Bible study, music games, contests; crafts and refreshments through the week proved a most enjoy- able program. The closing exercises held on Friday evening were well attended when Pastor D.G. Payne of Port Perry entertained the - group. Miss Kathy Irvine and Elain Knight and Master Gregg Williams received' bibles as awards for receiv- ing the most "points in memory work and bring the most guests.
