Glen Vallie Sod battled to a 44 tie with Bolton. Shaw scored two for Glen Vallie with'singles going to Rahme and Smith. Johnson led the Bolton team scoring two with Aldred and Cochrane picking up singles. BANTAM Cochranes Trotters down- ed Ballard Lumber in the first play-off game, 4-2. Bullock picked up two for the Trotters with Fedyk and Williams scoring singles. Shaw and Van Weston did the scoring for Ballard. Peel's Chix defeated Emmerson Insurance 6-3. Lindsay scored three, Ware scored two and McCallum scored a single for Peels. Ballingal, Lee and Jones scored for Emmerson. MIDGET CLUB ANNRENE 5 CONSUMERS GAS 0 Merle Schewaga played a steady game as he recorded his first shutout of the play- offs. Larry Page was the strength of his team as he got his first hat trick and an assist. Robt. Kroonenberg scored and assisted twice. Ken Bryant was the other scorer, getting his goal from Bill Newman. WAGG BROS. TEXACO 7 GREIVES GULF 6 Sean Taylor got a hat trick and an assist. Eric Hadfield scored and assisted twice while Gord Hintze . scored twice and Bill Bridge got three assists. Jack Gunter scored and assisted. Paul Beare got his second hat trick of the year with assists from Ritchie Leforte, Brian Leslie and Bill Haynes with two. Keith Barr also scored and assisted along with Ritchie Leforte and Brian Leslie. Tim Ashbridge got a single assist. CARL THE BUTCHER 7 CONSUMERS GAS 4 Dan McQuaid scored a pair of goals, both assisted by Al Waldinsperger. Stu ochrane, Rick Rahm and Mike McQuade all scored and assisted. Jim Percy and Tom Jacobsen each scored a single with an assist going to John Kane. Jeff Blonge, Kenton Baird, Ted Willis and Kevin Willis all scored once with assists from Kenton Baird and Ron Espie got two assists.
