Mr. and Mrs. Walter Mitchell and baby of Orono called on Mrs. James E. a Congratulations to Miss' and Mrs. Bruce Haugen and Shari were Sunday visit- ors with her. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Fielding and Kimberley of Keswick spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Earl Fielding. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Fielding and girls were supper guests of his parents on Sunday. We welcome Mr. and Mrs. Jamie Saunders to their new home west of Utica. Visitors during the week end with Rev. and Mrs. LL. Saunders included Mr. Roy Harding of Oak Ridges, Mr. and Mrs. Bob Heayn of Oshawa, Mr. David Saund- ers, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Saunders and children and Mr. Gordon Adams. Mr. and Mrs. Mervyn MacCannell spent Fri. even- ing with Mr. and Mrs. Doug. MacCannell and children of Peterborough. and Richard Holy are two of the grade six pupils from Epsom School who are at- tending school at Audley this week. Mrs. Tom Sutherland visit- ed her parents Mr. and Mrs. W. Conner at Fairview Lodge on Friday afternoon. Mrs. Roy Sutcliffe has re- turned home after spending two weeks at Mr. and Mrs. Jack Miller's home in Miss- issauga. Prize winners at the _ euchre in the hall on Fri. 'evening were: Vivian Carl, Doris Bell and Gladys Slack, Oliver Lane, Martin Gall, and Hardy Noble. Winners in the Freeze-Out were: Phyllis and Hal Clark, first, and Molly Butters and Arthur Parratt, second. The regular euchre will be in the hall Friday night. Mrs. Gordon Walker, Kevin, Susan and Paul of Hepworth visited with her and Mrs. J. Janson on Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. A. McMillan visited with Mr. and Mrs. Robt. Snoddon and family at Little Britain on Saturday. Mr. Archie Gibson of Scar- borough called on Mr. and Mrs. Roy Leask on Saturday. The family skating party, sponsored by the Fidelis Unit was held at Sunderland arena on Sunday afternoon. The committee in charge wish to thank all who helped make it a success. Mrs. Mae Leask of Myrtle visited Mr. and Mrs. Roy Leask on Sunday. The Junior Farmers' were competitors in the hockey tournament in Listowel on Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Arnold O'Donnell have returned from a very enjoyable trip to Jamaica. The Scouts, Cubs and Brownies had a tobaggon party and cook out lunch last week. Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Aldred, Port Perry, and Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Chambers of Cannington were recent visi- tors of Mr. and Mrs. Robt. Baird. On Sunday, Feb 16th the Scouts, Cubs and Brownies were at Port Perry United Church for their Thinking Day Service to begin Scout and Guide week. News next week 985-7712.
