Mayor Desmond Newman of Whitby complained that some of the printing on the agenda was toc small and suggested the size of the agenda and the printing be enlarged. . The agenda is now typed on eight and half by 14 inch paper and the type is re- duced by 25 per cent on eight and a half by 11 inch paper.
