This total included 2,223 male and 3,024 female clients. It is quite an improvement to the exterior of the com- munity hall as apparently some paint brushes have been in operation. Cpl. Glenn Sweetman who is with the Canadian Air- borne Regiment out west has been sent to Cyprus for a time, where we wish him the best. Sharon Elson, Heather Hodgins, Lynn Glass who were among many who at- tended a worthwhile week of their holiday at Camp Qinn - Mo-Lac in Tweed area. Tuesday, August 6 a large number of aged folk or what is termed the "friendly Visi- tors Group' plus their leaders and a few friends boarded a bus for "Black Creek Pioneer Village" urban Toronto. A liberal and delicious lunch was enjoyed at noon hour. During the afternoon hours all were fascinated by the displays of antiques in the interior of buildings and ground ar- rangements of historic of yester year. Mr.and Mrs. E. W. Martyn were happy to have their granddaughter Miss Brenda Lake of Oakwood for a week. Mr. and Mrs. Milton Heard and son Scott atten- ded the enjoyable "'Fiddler's Program at Shelbourne and holidayed at Alliston and area. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Robin- son and family have as guests his sister Mrs. Don Langhe and daughter Anna from Halifax, Nova Scotia. Two weeks ago Larry Elson, Steven, Howie, Allen Russell Jones, John Robert- son and Bill Foot gained some useful knowledge at Brad*Hockey School Park at Bay Ridges.
