Many happy returns of the day are wished for Mrs. Sadler by her many friends and neighbours. A warm welcome home is extended to Mrs. Waller Wbits of Nestleton. Mrs. Welts returned on Tuesday from a visit with her family in Germany. I am pleased to report that Irma's father is progressing favourably. Two of our friends re- turned from hospital and are recuperating rapidly. They are Norm Tennyson and Chris Train. Stay healthy fellows. Each year neighbours awail this season when Adele and Chester make one feel that Christmas is Sacred . the way it should be. The T.OP.S. club in Caesa- rea held their Christmas 'partly last week. How does one prepare cuisine for a club of weight watchers?? There were delectable salads and low calorie deserts followed by a light wine. The girls have a con- test to see which of them gains the least weight over the holidays. . that should be interesting. Two new members have joined this past week. Good luck to them. The winner of the most weight lost for the unit for October was Cindy Pedzik- owski. For November it was Sandy Phinel. Congratu lations girls and keep up the good work watch the holidays. I wish to take this oppor- tunity to bid our senior citizens a very merry Christmas and peace and trantuility in the coming year. This brings to mind some- thing that I read recently . . "The aged worked hard and long to get where they are to-day" Now that they have, what are we going to do about it.??
