Medd + Lions 35th Birthday fellows and Masons. Walter Fisher was the last Canadian to serve as International President of the Lions Club. He served during 1949 - 50. Speaking at last Saturday's Port Perry meeting Mr. Fisher said that he does not know of any district in the country that has the *'espirit de corps' of District 3A in which Port Perry is located. He praised the spirit of local club members and said that lionism is flourishing around the world because it is flourishing in places like Port Perry.
