(b) the jurisdiction of the Ontario Municipal Board. (c) the structure and organization of the Ontario Municipal Board. (d) the procedures and practices of the Ontario Municipal Board. (e) the procedures by way of appeal from the orders and rulings of the Ontario Municipal Board, including appeals by way of petitions to the Lieutenant Governer in Council. (f) the relationship of the Ontario in the discharge of responsibilities with the Provincial Government, local government and the individual citizen. The Committee invites written briefs from individuals and organizations who may wish to present information, opinions or suggestions regarding any of the above matters relating to the Ontario Municipal Board. Therefore, he read an article by a man from India entitled "Why Missionaries?" As an introduction to a two week study of "Jacob'" Rev, Pogue explained the mean- ing 'of "Redemption" as compared with "Saved" in some denominations. Jesus was and is our Redeemer, therefore; saves us. Jacob at first was not a good man but became a saint in spite of himself. Today, man like Jacob is becoming aware that he cannot handle life without God. Next week Jacob will be studied as a family man and he begins to work with his people as God intended. On Sunday, the flowers at the alter were in memory of a young bride, Mrs. Mary (Angus) Dodds who died in a car accident of Monday night. We remembered that exactly 3 months before flowers adorned this same alter for her wedding. We do hope they will soon locate his problem and give him resulting comfort. Mrs. Orval Heayn had surgery in Kingston hospital but is now recuperating well. Congratulations to Craig Marseilles of Aldred's Beach. Craig played in a Junior Golf Tournament at Pickering on Friday, August 11, placed 3rd with a 78 for 18 holes.
