Teams representing 11 schools took part in the event. In the first of three games won by Port Perry, the boys beat Barrie Central by a score of 48 - 28. Jim Zoet was high scorer in this game with 17 points. Don Sinclair 'counted 12 points and Laurie Williams 11. The second game against Laurier Collegiate proved to be the most difficult for.
