Dear Mr. Hvidsten: In your paper of August 13, 1970 there appeared a letter to you signed by a group of Reach Township Ratepayers calling themselves the Reach Protective Association in which 4 statement was made and I quote "A large real estate Company whose local agent is Larry Doble of Ux. bridge, taking advantage of a loop-hole in the law govern. ing subdivisions, accomplish. ed what Rohm could not, and in spite of massive-local op- position." I wish to set the record straight, although credited with the above mentioned ac- complishment I must admit that until after the subdivi- sion was, all registered I was totally unaware. of any acti- vity in this regard therefore all the credit must go to the executors of Mr. Rohm's estate and not to me, or the company I represent as stated.
