What makes land grow in value? The answer lies in the law of supply and demand. The supply of land is fixed while the demand for it continues to grow with the population. The edges of our cities and towns, our recreational areas and our industrial zones continue to expand, gobbling up raw land that lies in the path of their expansion. . In the next 30 years our population is forecast to "double, speeding up the demand for more living space. -A halt in the rise of the price of land is not in sight. The key to increasing land values is location, loca- tion and location. An investor must also be aware of geological problems such as drainage or lack of water; or legal problems such as zoning or easments. Large amounts of capital are not usually. necessary and many investors have acquired very valuable hold- ings from small beginnings: with their savings. An indispensible ally is an experienced and know- ledgeable Realtor who knows the growth trends and values of his area and can help to guide you into profitable investments. - "REAL ESTATE LTD--REALTOR TORONTO 447-8518 985-7373 NEW LOCATION: Highway 12 at Manchester Caesarea Summer home 1% storev, 4 pc. bath, furnished, with in walking distance to Lake and shopping.
