Everything seems to be ready -- equipment, leaders, grounds etc. All we need now is young people to take advantage of it all. At this point, I find my- self wanting to expound upon the things that we are going to do this summer. However, I don't seem to have the room, and besides I would be repeating myself, since previous articles were resign ed to do this. All I can say is that we, the ledaers are enthusiastically looking for- ward to the summer. We feel that our programme is fun and that your child will de- finitely gain something by coming. . All the -hired help this summer ,are 16 or over and have had excellent experien- ce in dealing with younger children. They also all have taken an unofficial course in Playground Leadership which was set up for them by the Recreation office. Besides these very adequate qualifi- cations the leadois ar very eager to-give your children| a fun-filled summer. Now, let's get down to the matter of Registration. On July 1, 2, and 3, official re- gistration will be carrietd on between the hours of 1:30 and 4:00. If you want your child to join, simply go up to the high school track and field area between 1:30 and 4:00, for that is where regis- tration will be carried out, and sign up. Cost for whole summer is only $2.00 or $5. for a family. If you can't register dur- ing these three days, don't worry because your child may join anytime during the programme by simply going to one of the playgrounds and paying then.
