Young Artist Series 3rd Concert Sun., May 24 Continued band, and has also one year of Pipe Organ. Greg Menzies, a Grade VI Piano student, plays trumpet with the High School Band and also the Cadet Band. Donovan Smith, a Grade VIII Piano student, plays flute with the High School Band, and has also Grade II Rudi- ments. Jane Stulen, a Grade X Piano student, is also current- ly studying Pipe Organ, plays "clarinet in the High School Band, and has completed the Grade II Rudiments. : Sharon Beare, a Grade X Piano Student, has Grade II Rudiments, Grade III and IV Harmony examination of the Royal Conservatory of Music. She plays flute and piccolo in the Band. These young people are all students of Marie Taylor, AR.C.T. Organ, A.R.CT. Sunday night Mrs, C. Pear- son attended a Birthday party at- Morley Raines in honour of Caroline Menzies. = Mrs, Pearson also spent a few days at the home of her daughter Mrs, Chas, Hadden last week. Peter Forsythe of Agin- court visited at the home of Neil Hunter last week. Mr. Jim Beaton of Sunder- land at Roy Leasks recently. * Mr, and Mrs. G. Stone spent the week-end at their cottage at Head Lake. . Mr. and Mrs. F. Last week wee Richard Murray Prentice son of Mr. and Mrs. Murray Prentice was Christened in Zion chur- ch near Hampton and after the service Mr. and Mrs. Fisher entertained their own family and the Prentice fam. ily. : Mr. and Mrs. David Simm- onds and family were at their cottage for the week- end. During the week-end the family of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Munro all called over the week-end and also: visited their grandmother, Mrs. F. Munro. On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Eric Benns and children of Uxbridge and Miss Linda Warren of Port Perry were supper guests with Mr. and Mrs. A. Card and family.
