At the present time Bruce is studying in Kingston. Mr. and Mrs. Ross Murphy and Allan are enjoying a few days of cottage life at Port Bolster. Mr. Clayton Love is enjoy- sing the scenes of Scotland. THIS IS THE BREAKDOWN FINANCING CHARGES -- $100,000 The reason for this, is that although be- tween the Province and the County virtu- ally all of the cost of the New Hospital will be met, the County grant will be paid in stages over five years, starting in 1969 | or early 1970. We will borrow to cover the County grant -- but must pay interest. The Ontario Government grant will be paid during the construction and acceptance period. CONTINGENCY ALLOWANCE -- $40,000 This is almost self-explanatory. It con- stitutes a reserve against unforeseen costs or unforeseen technological improvement, aside from uncontrolled price increases. Any part of this money not needed as contingency funds upon completion, will be booked as available capital for future needs. LANDSCAPING -- $5000 The grants do not cover this item and 7. The Campaign wind-up will commence approximately August 10th -- and last approximately 10 days. We will canvass our entire area, in- cluding cottages. There will be a co-ordinating chairman. There will be chairmen for each of Port Perry, Scugog, Reach and Cartwright. We want to encourage every man, wo- man and youngster to help us on a voluntary basis. We need your help.
