On Thursday 16th the girls' < EA may have its own ambulance service or enter into a contract with someone else, but the contract would have to be, not less than 2 years and not more than 5 years. Council decided that it would be more economical to continue as before, as long as permis- sible. school teams completed the two game series playing away from home in Brock. The Juniors were successful in winning, al- lowing them to go on in the championship. Meanwhile, Friday afternoon starting at 2.30 the Senior boys played an excellent game. ~Al- though they won the game, the 28 point lead their opponents had was too great to over-come, and so they were unfortunately eliminated for this year. For the Intermediate Boys it was quite a different story. With a thirteen point lead from the Brock game they continued to widen the gap. Even more encouraging, this was on the strength of the second string playing most the game, after the first string opened each half with a scoring spree. The Juniors, in an even bet- ter position with a forty-eight point lead, also carried through on the strength of their second string to win their game. The Juniors and Intermediates will now travel to the G.B.S.S.A. final tournament to be held on Saturday, March 4th at Stayner. The wrestling team made a fine showing in the G.B.S.S.A. finals at Aliston, placing 4th out of eleven schools. Several boys qualified to go on to the All Ontario Championships to be held in Niagara Falls. Amid practices, everyone will be joining the student body in studying for the Easter Exams now upon us, with a longing glance to the future and the Easter holidays. ° EE Rd ha A [5 SNF FAS WIPE Fg IIL <i FEARS 0 ALIX Tn Yh hes 52) ' Music Exam.
