The turkey dinner is a thing of the past too but will be re- membered. That Seagrave has taken up gracious living, is evi- dent from the beautifully ro- mantic candle-lit tables at the dinner on Wed. evening. Throughout the years the fall date has been connected with Remembrance Day, Nov. 11, so this week the service was held with Glenn as speaker. There was a good congregation in which could be found Mr. and Mrs. McNeil, Mr.- and Mrs. A. Bruce, Mrs. Boe and Mr. and Mrs. B. Wana- maker from here. This made a real shortage of Wanamakers at S.S. this week as Mr. and Mrs. Neil Wana- maker' were celebrating Don- na's 21st birthday with the help of their guests Mr. and Mrs. Ian Fraser of Toronto. Speaking of celebrations--Ex- 'citizens of Seagrave now resid- ing in town are looking for- ward to a week of wedding an- niversaries.
