The town of Port Perry will be the site of the 0.A.S.A. Squirt Championship Tourna- ment on Sat,, Sept. 10th, Four teams will be on hand to com- pete for the all-Ontario Squirt honors which last year was won by our own young squirts who carried the colours of the Port -This--year-the -- Perry Legion. legion boys were knocked out by Oshawa who in turn were eliminated by Peterborough. Peterborough are entering Squirt Competition for the first time and will represent Zone 4. Richmond Hill a fine young squirt team will probably re- present Zone 3 but no word has 'been received on the with North York which Rich- mond Hill are currently play- "ing; Zomwe I will be represent- ed by the winner of the series between Wingham and Owen Sound. Wingham were one of the teams that Port Perry played in the Preston Tourna~ ment and will no doubt be tough. In Zone 2 the finals is between Burlington or Beams- ville so we should look for a good club from this district. First game goes at .1 pm. with Peterborough playing Ri- chmond Hill or North York. Second game goes at 3 p.m, with Wingham or Owen Sound playing Burlington or Beams- ville, The Finals goes at 5.30 p.m. for the Lauria Motors Trophy. 0.A.S.A.. President Mr. Harold Dormer of Peter- borough is expected to be on hand to present the trophy to the winners.
