The luncheon under the cap- able supervision of Mrs. Glenn Van Camp and Mrs. Grant Mec- Dermott was well arranged and the many various delicious des- serts donated by the members of the auxiliary were indeed gratefully appreciated, At th conclusion of the lun- cheon, quite a number of the ladies had to leave, however there were eleven tables of court whist played with the first prize winner being Mrs. D. Keetch. The second prize went to past president, Mrs. Ellsworth Kennedy and the con- solation to a former member, Mrs. Benjamin Pickard. Elizabeth Jefford called the roll and read the min- utes of the last meeting. Deb- bie Griffen and Barbara Hil- lier volunteered to purchase the bristol board needed to make the covers, This unit the colour of mauve was chosen, Janice Williams offered to make the poster for the skit at Achieve- ment Day. Elizabeth Jefford and Mary Nelson will write the skit. As Achievement Day is May 7th, the record books and ac- cessories must be handed in to Miss Dodd by April 21st, It was decided to hold a 9th meet- ing on April 20th to catch up on unfinished work.
