Senior Citizens There is still lots of activity going on at the Hall, Over fifty members attended the re- gular (twice monthly) meeting on Wednesday, March 23rd. Meeting opened by a welcome extended to all. The President Mrs. M. Chapman occupying the chair. Lord's Prayer repeated in unison. Sorry to hear Clarence Cook is still not able to attend our meetings ,trips and so on. Busi- ness was discussed and all en- joyed another sing song. There will be a Pot Luck Supper held in the Hall on Wed., April 20th at 6.30 pm. All will kindly bring something to contribute to supper, also your own dishes. Institute Ladies are entertain- ing us afterwards, and we are looking forward to an enjoyable time. Some of our members enjoyed - a trip to Yorkdale Shopping Centre on Sat., Mar. 26th. Burley bus drove us there, a brand new bus which was very comfortable. While in Toronto Sat. tickets were procured for that excellent show at Eglinton theatre (Sounds of Music). A marvelous show, music and scenery well worth seeing. This will be a matinee show and day is arranged for Wed., April 6. Members please contact Mrs, M. Chapman for particulars, soon as possible.
