Obituary MISS DORIS DeNURE Following a month's illness, Miss Doris DeNure passed away on February 14th at Princess Margaret Hospital, Toronto. The deceased, who was in her 31st year resided at the Cavalier Apartnients, Oshawa. A daughter of Birdie and the late Calvin DeNure. she was Jorn in Oshawa and received her education in Peterborough and Port Perry schools. She re- ceived an Honours degree in Business Administration and Secretarial Science from the University of Western Ontario. At the time of her death she was a student accountant with the firm of Delloitte, Plender. Haskins and Sels, Oshawa, and 'was sudying for a Chartered < Accountant's degree. She was a member of Simcoe | Street United Church, and the Bowmanville Business Girls Curling League. Miss DeNure is survived by her mother and her stepfather, Fred DeNure of Oshawa, a sis- ter, Mrs. Lawrence Nicholls (Eleanor) of Seagrave, a bro- ther Fred C, DeNure of Lindsay, and a stepbrother Mervin De- Nure of Port Perry. Ther funeral service was held at the Gerrow Funeral Home on February 16th. conducted by the Rev. J. K. Moffit of Simcoe Street United Church. Inter- ment in the family plot. Little Lake Cemetery. Peterborough. The Pallbearers were Ken DeNure, William Carruthers. Grant Ferguson, Peter Newman. Jehn DeNure, and Earl G. Bailey.
