J. Hutchinson, Toronto. Uxbridge Man Chairman Of School Board At the inaugural meeting of the Central Ontario County District High School Board on January 10th, Mr. A. C. Rich- ardson, Uxbridge town repre- sentative was elected chairman. Mr. Reg. Foster, Greenbank, representing the Reach Town- ship Public School Board was elected vice-chairman. --It is expected the addition to the Port Perry High School will be put out to tender the last week in January. It is not ex- pected rooms will be ready for usage until January 1967 and this will cause considerable overcrowding next September, The use of portable classrooms, instead of placing the Port Perry School on a shift sys- tem, is being considered by the Board. : Local Players Members Of All-Star Team Two of Port Perry Interme- diates will be playig in the Lakeshore Intermediate- All- Star game to be held in Port Hope on Friday, January 28th at 9.00 p.m. The All-Stars who were pick- ed from all the teams in the league (with the exception of Cobourg) will play the Cobourg Intermediates who are leading the league. Chic Carnegie and Ken Ro- berts will represent Port Perry on the All-Stars and will play defence. Other defence players will be Brooks (Sunderland), Tripp (Uxbridge), McKeen (Port Hope) and Pearson (Lit- tle Britain). In goal will be Kemp of Little Britain and Lyons of Uxbridge. Playing centre will be Cameron (Sun- derland), McCabe (Little Bri- tain), and Wakely of Port Hope. Forwards will be Drinkwater of Little Britain, Hull of Port Hope, Tomlinson and Goodfel- low of Sutton, Rennick of Ux- bridge, McKnight of Sunderland and Redshaw of Port Hope. The proceeds of this game will go to O.H.A, Emergency Players Fund, Anyone who would like to see this game may purchase tickets from Bill Harrison, Walt San- dison or Chie Carnegie.
