Mrs. McKinley graciously ac- companied us on the piano for the singing of Hymn 582 which was followed" by the Lord's Prayer. Mrs. Crosier read the scripture Psalm 103. Creed card read in unison followed by Hymn 500 and the Theme Hymn. Mrs. Crosier gave a reading entitled "Sermon in Trees" by, Rev. R. Anglin John- son. The business was conducted by the President Mrs. Handel. Thank-you's were received for plants sent to people on our sick list. Some of the ladies reported on their visit to Fair- view Lodge, along with Epsom U.C.W. A pleasant visit was reported by those who went. A request to cater to wedding of Donna Sutcliffe was accepted. The ladies also agreed to have floor covering installed in Manse kitchen if acceptable to Manse Board. Reports of Sec- retary and Treasurer read, Mr McKinley, our new Minister closed the meeting with prayer. Collection taken. A delightful lunch served by Mrs. Mitchell and Mrs. Crosier. The treas- urer's report was given. Thank- you notes were read. Mrs. F. Beare gave an article on citizenship. Details of busi- ness were cared for. Hymn 316 was sung. The meeting was closed with prayer by Mrs. Harris. Mrs. Harris showed a film "Judaism" which was interesting and in- formative. After giving thanks a dainty lunch was enjoyed and social hour followed.
