Epsom United Church Setting For Tripp - Clark Wedding Epsom United Church was the setting on Saturday, March 20th for the marriage of Doris Margaret May Tripp, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Tripp, Port Perry to Lorne William Jchn Clark, son of Mr. & Mrs. Fred Clark, Uxbridge, with Rev. H. Wright officiating. Given in marriage by her father the bride wore a floor length gown of three-tiered re- embroidered lace with jewel ga- thering on skirt, sweetheart neckline with jewel embroidery and finger tip sleeves, Her headpiece was a matching veil with jewel crown. She carried a cascade of red roses. The maid of honour Miss Donna Tripp, sister of the bride wore a floor length yellow gown of organza over taffeta, with embroidered waist and matching train. Her head piece was Lily of the Valley with matching veil. She carried a nosegay of bronze mums. The bridesmaids were Miss Beatrice Lee, Greenbank and Miss Gail Cottyn Port Perry. Their gowns and headpieces were nile green and the same design and material as the maid of honour. They carried nesegays of yellow mums. Best man was Alvin Clark, brother of the groom. Ushers were Robert Tripp and Russell Clark brothers of the bride and groom. Organist was Miss Lynn Foster Greenbank, For the reception at the Ma- sonic Hall the bride's. mother wore an aqua dress with match- ing jacket and white accessories and a corsage of yellow roses. The groom's mother wore a navy dress with white acces sories and a corsage of pink rcses. ; Ifor the honeymoon trip to the United States the bride wore a long sleeved sheath dress of dark red satin brocade with black accessories and a corsage of candy-stripe carna- tions. Out of town guests attended from Toronto, Richmond Hill, Lindsay, Peterboro, Uxbridge and Brooklin, Mr. and Mrs, Clark will re. side in Uxbridge. Mrs. Lamb and her group served a delicious lunch and all enjoyed a social hour. Miss Lois Cawker attended the wedding of Miss Barbara Davidson Oshawa on Saturday.
