Beare, that a by-law be passed to authorize the Reeve and Clerk of the Corporation of Port Perry to sign a certain Fire Agreement with the Town- ship of Scugog dated the 4th Day of March, 1965. The proposed by-law was read three times, passed, sign- ed and the Seal of the Corpora- tion affixed thereto. The Clerk was instructed to send copies of the said agree- ment to the Township of Scu- gog for their endorsement. The ordering of a Homelite ery Co. was discussed. The Clerk was instructed to order the pump and hose as authorized by Resolution of I'ebruary 9th, 1965.
