Two Happy Couples Seated Af Head Table The two young men in the lucky escorts of the chosen above picture, who were the "Queen" and "Princess" at the "At Home" Friday night, appear almost as happy and proud as the winners themselves. About 400 persons attended the annual event and after the crowning ceremonies the two young couples were placed at the head table. President Of Cartwright Agricultural Society The Annual Meeting of the Cartwright Agricultural Society called for 2 p.m. on Jan: 23 was finally commenced after twenty minutes of waiting with the at- tendance of 15 members. The minutes of the last An- nual Meeting and Directors Meeting were read and approv- ed subject to corrections. On motion of Mrs. H. Van Camp and Walter Wright the former named committee of Glen Larmer and Neil Werry were re-appointed Centennial Gates Committee. A special Centennial Committee of Presi- dent, Harvey Graham, Merrill Van Camp, Ernest Swain, Ralph Larmer and Mrs. Gladys Thomp- son was appointed on motion of Jean Mahaffy and Walter Wright to seek for and arrange special events for this Centen- nial Year of the Cartwright Agricultural Society.
