Families in Vernon and Ont- ario share interest in the Nov. 9th wedding, at Trinity United Church, which joined Gail Louise Forslund and Barry Lee Abraham. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. Forslund of Vernon; the groom, the son of' Mr. and Mrs. Reginald Abra- ham, of Seagrave, Ontario. Two rings were exchanged. Given away by her father, the bride was wed in a short por- trait gown of white organza over taffeta, featuring a bell skirt, the front pleat of which was topped by a self-fabric flower on a bow, a round neck- line and elbow length sleeves. Her head-piece was of the same fabric and held a four-tier tulle veil. She carried a cascade bouquet of bronze chysanthe- mums. Miss Wendy Dobbin, of Kam- loops attended the bride, in a short portrait gown of blue organza over taffeta, fashioned like the bride's and worn with a tiara head-piece, and a gold locket, a gift from the bride. Her bouquet' of pale yellow chrysanthemums, Ralph Dutcher, was best man. For her daughter's wedding, Mrs. Forslund chose an emer- ald green mohair sheath, light brown accessories and a cor- sage of bronze mums. groom's mother was unable to attend. The reception was held at the Lakeside Hotel, where the toast to the bride was proposed by Mr. J. Owens. The bride chose for travelling a blue sheath accented by black. The young couple are now re- siding at 220 - 24th Avenue, N.W., Calgary. of Vernon If you are in Need of JOB PRINTING Call PORT PERRY STAR PHONE : 985-7383 Talk about Bargains, look at THESE?
