a dbo gH SE cor MRE ra AR Gs aad i ow (Continued from page 2) topped it with a tall cloche of black rayon fabric trimmed with black and white ribbon. For dress up occa- sions, Mis. Pearson chose a classic pillbox in dusty pink, liberally cover- ed with lily petals of varrigated pink. Last but certainly not the least of Mrs. Pearson's choice of hats, was a jaunty side swept affair, a white taf- feta cloche, fuschia flowers and fus- chia band and tab. A matching scarf completed her smart ensemble. A Junior model, Joyce Evans, made many a young heart sigh, in a tur- quoise suit, and a white floral hat with multicolored stems. Joyce also chose a smart mint green pillbox, in rayon shantung, flowered and with a wisp of a veil, worn with a fur jacket, Joyce looked every bit the sophisti- cated young lady. A capulet of rayon grosgrain ribbon and simulated straw in rich gold color, also looked smart on Joyce. The simple but beautiful whimsy, that Joyce wore, would suit and please any age, it was white sat- in scattered with white velvet leaves with a drift of white silk veiling. Mrs. T. Rowland looked chic in a tall navy cloche, the deep brim was lined with sunny yellow, she wore a scarf and fabric corsage to match. Wearing an attractive white coat, Mrs. Rowland produced a striking contrast with a cherry red coconut straw cloche trimmed with pleated organza, she carried lizard-skin lug- gage, and her earrings and corsage were a matching red.
