Besides your, insurance you will re- ceive interest on your money which is governed by the profit which is made in the year, Are you interested in this type of 'security for yourself while you make your money available to your neigh- bour or to yourself? It is one of the most worthwhile projects ever under- taken by the Federation of Agricul- ture in Ontario 'County. Every loan is secured by the honesty of the bor- rower hut also very legally bound with co-signers for the young and unmarried, and assignments of wages 4+.or monies receivable for others. The directors look afterall the money in the credit union as they look after their own for such it is so you may be sure that everything-is- done in a businesslike manner but also with that warm neighborliness and co-operation which is the back- bone of rural communities. Port Perry people were slow to pick-up the idea but now more people are joining from Port Perry town than from any other district, so why don't you ask what the credit union can do for you. In your area our executive mem- bers, Murray Holtby, Bob Walker, Mrs. Bill Legg, Mr. Eugene Dearborn, Lloyd Smith any. of these people will be glad to_talk over credit union with you, or call: Mrs, John Hamer, Myrtle. Just don't feel that you are not want- ed because -you haven't been espec- ially asked but come along. Remem- ber every dollar you earn is worth three when you use it the credit union way. You get the most out of the money you earn when you join the Manchester Credit Union. LIONS ANNUAL SPRING ~ DANCE F RL, APRIL 1 PP.
