We hope to have him with us this Tuesday. We er that there are ten dollars for the paper we collected a short while ago. Thanks ever so much Mrs. Parker, and we'll be calling for same, The Young People of our P.M.S.HiC re- port & very enjoyable time at the rink last Friday. It was a busy evening, and we could only muster two Coun sellors, Nettie Aldred and Ruby Roach to be on hand. Our next meeting will be on the Island on Wednesday Feb. 12th and then on Tuesday, February 26 we go Bowling. It is a long time since we saw some of our Young Peo- ple at Church. The Official Board met last Friday in Scugog "Grace" Church, with a very. good representation, The Church has had a good year, and we are great- ly encouraged. We received seventeen new members, and lost three by death. There were twenty seven baptisms and two marriages. The overall pic- ~ ture is that the Church is alive, The © total receipts,-- including balances brought forward, amounted to $12, 203.04, and total expenditures of $9,- 611.80, thereby leaving balances of $2,681.24. The total assets of the Pastoral Charge amounts to $61,674. We spent the sum of $1,807.01 on im- proving our Church buildings, and $716.91 on the Parsonage. The sum of $749.85 was contributed to the M, and M. Fund, and "$292.31 given to worthy Charitable Organizations. The Pension Fund wag paid on. the total|s Salary and Travelling Allowance of the Minister. Our Central Fund is in a healthy state, showing a balance at the, end of the year of $349.63. But we have to take off our hats to the DAIRY FARMERS OF CANADA 409 Huron Street, Toronto [4 ~ ladies, who have on hand the sum of $1172.69. There was a little adjust- ment in the percentages paid by the three Churches. Scugog will pay fif- ty percent, and Manchester and- Pros- pect twenty five percent each. Many thanks to Prospect Choir for leading in song, and giving two Anthems "In the Morning of Life," and "The "Glory Chorus", The Scugog Choir sang in the morning "The heavens proclaim Him Lord of all." We are glad to report that Turn Roorda of Prospect is well on the road to recover, and that Mrs. Flewell was a little brighter on Sunday. Our love and prayers go out to you all.
