Mr, Joublin acted at chair- man for the program arranged by Mrs. Geo. Sweetman, Mrs. G. Hood, Mrs. O. Jeffrey. The Junior boys' choir sang a couple of numbers with Mrs. Sweetman at the piano. Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Snelgrove furnished a couple of violin and piano duets, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Hood sang a duet, Eileen Cherrie gave Mickie Mouse, Jean Samells sang, Muriel Johnson of Toronto, who is visiting with Miss Grace Demara, gave a couple of very amusing pieces, Mrs. E. Hance gave a reading, Miss B. Joness, of Moose Jaw, who is visiting her sister, Mrs. Joblin, gave a poem, three small boys sang with- Mrs. Go Hood at the piano. ' . FN Eyes Examined r ble prices,-- pupils' ¢xaiination prepared by the General Board of Religious Education of the Church of England in Canada. These examinations were based on the lessons from. September, 1940, to April, 1941, inclusive. One pupil, Donald Chapman, tains a special award from Diocesan Board, being one of the pupils to gain high standing in the Diocese for the Jr. Uniform eCourse. Eight pupils obtained honour stand- ing-- Lucille Jeffrey, Jean Cook, Clare Glass, Helen Hayes, Lois Parr, Bernice Jemison, Pauline Jemison, Donald Chapman. Four were given pass standing-- Constance _Snowdon, Faye Johnson, Douglas Hayes, Tommy Cook. These results are indeed a credit to all who wjote the examination for the first timé.
