The. .deceased.. lady was born in the Village of Port Perry on July 12th, 1865, and died there at her residence in her 75th year. She was wife of Mr. John F. Ger- row and had lived during her married life at Scugog Island, Uxbridge Township, and for the past seventeen years in Port Perry. She leaves to mourn her loss a de- voted husband, a loving son, Mr. Stanley Gerrow "and seven grand. children, all of whom live at Port Perry. Foy_ several months the deceased lady 'has been in indifferent health so that her passing was not unexpected. Rev. W. J. H. Smyth, her pastor, conducted the last rites, the Rev. Jos. Denny, friend of the family was also present. - In spite of the inclemency of the weather a large number of relatives and friends braved the storm and at- tended 'the funeral at the Port Perry Funeral Parlour on March 20th.
